Rochelle started in the computer industry in 1968. After holding technical positions for 12 years, Rochelle entered management and technical consulting. Then, after being downsized out of a job in 1993, Rochelle started RB Balch & Associates, Inc., a computer consulting company. With sales over $20 million, RB Balch has won several local and national awards.

As a result of this rapid phenomenal success, Rochelle began speaking professionally in 1994. She has provided keynotes, seminars and workshops for 1,000’s in areas of technology (for non-technical and technical audiences). Rochelle has coached and helped 100's advance their personal careers through personal development and self promotion.

Rochelle is a part-time faculty member and teaches small business and personal development college courses for business and technology majors.
